Everyone shoots in cycling. It's common like Baseball. No matter how hard the committees try to stop doping it always happens.

I want to know why don't Kenyans dominate the sport? If they can destroy everyone in a marathon, it seems cycling would be just as easy for them. I guess they don't have bikes, but that shouldnt be a problem.
